Arrests

Larceny of $200 in street signs was reported Oct. 13 off Red Oak Tree Dr. The case was closed with an arrest.

A suspect was arrested in an Oct. 15 incident allegedly involving larceny of $10 in tobacco products reported at Trade Mart off Broad St.

James Burt, 19, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 15 on a failure to appear charge.

Issac Andrew Holt, 24, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 16 on a trespassing charge.

Steven Charles Golden, 26, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 17 on a failure to appear charge.

Marvin Anthony Barnes, 35, of Fayetteville was arrested Oct. 17 on possession with the intent to sell/deliver, maintaining a vehicle for drug activities and possession of a firearm by a felon charges.

Kevin Odell Wright, 34, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 17 on a contempt of court/perjury court violations charge.

Theft

Obtaining money/property by false pretense was reported Oct. 13 at a hotel off Purfoy Rd. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of $40 in Christmas ornaments by an employee was reported Oct. 13 at Hallmark Shop off East Broad St. when a suspect attempted to take the items by hiding them in a refrigerator. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering by pulling open a door and damaging $50 in building materials was reported Oct. 14 off Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of $58 in clothing was reported Oct. 15 at Marina Beauty supply off North Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny and breaking and entering were reported Oct. 15 at a Willow Bay Dr. residence. More than $1,500 in jewelry and $300 were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a $1,800 laptop, as well as more than $1,100 in electronics, and breaking and entering were reported Oct. 16 at a Kemspey Cir. residence. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of $1,200 tire rims was reported Oct. 16 at Automotive Collision Specialists. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a wallet from inside a purse was reported at a supermarket off East Broad St. Oct. 17. The case is under further investigation.
