While rehearsing for our wedding, we didn’t realize that we forgot to go down to the Register of Deeds office to obtain our marriage licenses. We were getting married the next day and this was on a weekend. We found out from Mr. Will Crocker, Craig Olive’s phone number.

We called Craig Olive, Johnston County Register of Deeds and without a pause, Mr. Olive said he would be glad to meet with us on Sunday morning. My wife and I would like to say a special thanks to Craig Olive, register of deeds, for taking the time out from his family and weekend to meet us at the courthouse. He saved the day and the wedding went off without any problems.

We have heard how helpful Mr. Olive was and now we know. We are very fortunate to have a public servant who will at a moment’s notice help others in the time of need. Thanks again!
